When I was around 12, I’d spend hours customising my Android, experimenting with launchers, changing interactions and finding ways to make it more efficient for me. I’d change everything again the following week. I didn’t know it then, but I was already thinking like a designer.

I’m naturally someone who likes to help. I’ll happily step outside my job description to solve a problem, improve a process, save time or help someone reach their potential.

What I love about design is balancing user needs with business needs. Finding that sweet spot, where something is great for the user, makes commercial sense and is technically possible, is what keeps me curious.

Outside of work, I was an international athlete for Gibraltar and now train calisthenics at a serious level. I’m also fascinated by technology: what it can do, how it can improve our lives, and where its limitations lie.

I like solving problems, helping people, and leaving things better than I found them.
